6. A new grant is available for blockchain developers

The National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) has awarded a new grant that supports the development of an autonomous spacecraft that could make decisions using Blockchain technology without human intervention.

So what?

One example of such decisions could be enabling spacecraft to dodge space debris at a distant planet or moon faster than a human on Earth could help out the far-away probe. Welcome, blockchain-space-cleaner!
